Medicinal Substance
Medicinal Substance is a project inspired by the infamous photographer Neil Krug. He had an abundance of photographs depicting a light source. I created a story surround this would who ate mushrooms and felt the light inside her. She connected to it so deeply it shined out of her. Connecting the mushrooms to this story I decided to collage his photos with mushrooms for silhouette development. However, creating this story about this flower child there were photographs of the grungy asian girl. There was something so captivating of this girl I decided to use her as my target customer. I thought it would be a good challenge to use this hippie direction and style it around the grunge girl.
